Dedication plaque on speaker's stand
The speaker's stand has a marble dedicatory plaque which reads: CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS KILLED IN BATTLE OF OLUSTEE 1865 The date is incorrect; the Battle of Olustee was fought near Lake City on February 20, 1864. (Photo by William Lees, FPAN, May 2011)
