US Flag over Fort Pickens
The US Flag fley continuously over Fort Pickens from the time it was completed in 1834 until it was decomissioned in 1947, and again since its operation as a National Park. The US flag flew over Fort Pickens throughout the Civil War. (Photo by William Lees, FPAN, January 2011)
