Crystal River Boat BashTime: 10:00 am til 4:00 pm Location: Crystal River Preserve State Park Description: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Friends of Crystal River State Parks and the Crystal River Boat Builders are hosting “Crystal River Boat Bash”, a celebration of environmental exhibits, as well as small craft, nautical history and fun on the waters of the Nature Coast. This FREE event takes place opposite the Visitors Center of the Crystal River Preserve State Park and Big Bend Seagrasses/St. Martins Marsh Aquatic Preserves. Related link: Click Here! The Florida Public Archaeology Network is dedicated to the protection of cultural resources, both on land and underwater, and to involving the public in the study of their past. Regional centers around Florida serve as clearinghouses for information, institutions for learning and training, and headquarters for public participation in archaeology.
