Bordering the Indian River Lagoon: Ecosystems Past and Present

Location: Sam's House, Merritt Island

Description: Learn about the Indian River Lagoon and the natural communities along the shortlines. Primarily due to its unique location at the border of the temperate and subtropical climatic zones, Florida's Indian River Lagoon is one of the most biologically diverse estuarine systems in the US. Come learn about this fascinating ecosystem!
