Explore Clay County

Nestled in the east bank of the St Johns River, Clay County is historically known for its therapeutic warm springs and mild climate. Clay County was developed in 1858, from Duval County land, and named after Kentucky Senator Henry Clay. President Grover Cleveland is one of many historic figures drawn to area during the 19th century.
