Fall Family Fun DayTime: 10:00 am til 2:00 pm Location: Manatee Village Historical Park, 1404 Manatee Ave. E., Bradenton, FL Description: Scare up some fall fun and create family memories as you build your own unique life-size scarecrow. Bring a lunch and stay to hear stories about what it was like to live in a cracker house on the porch of the 1912 Settlers Cracker Gothic house, spun by descendants of the original homesteaders, Roxie and Will Stephens. Regional centers around Florida serve as clearinghouses for information, institutions for learning and training, and headquarters for public participation in archaeology.
