Relive Florida Frontier days at Fort Foster (built 1836-1837), a replica wood picket Seminole War fort stands on the original site. How do we know this? The archaeology tells us so, that’s how! It’s the re-made thing made to look real. And, it’s re-built about 10 feet from the exact spot it was originally built. Man, this is true cultural resource management at its best. It’s a great site, go see it! Adults are $2; children under 6 are FREE.
