Oelsner Mound

In 1925, Rudolph Oelsner of New York purchased property near Tarpon Springs with a “shell mound” on it.The mound, known as Oelsner Mound, has been preserved by his daughter. “Aunt” Martha has since left it ‘be’ for our viewing pleasure. The mound has a short wall surrounding it to keep y’all at bay. Thus, there’s no need to bring your hiking gear. I don’t think you’re supposed to climb it anyway.
